Regenerative Therapy

At Bartlett Animal Hospital, we are now offering Regenerative Cell Therapy for pets. This revolutionary treatment uses your pet’s own cells to reduce pain and increase mobility. Our Regenerative Cell Therapy includes Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), Accelerated Cell Vitalization (ACV), and Stem Cell Therapy. We use Ardent Animal Health’s technology, which has a reported success rate of over 95%. This procedure is very safe, with the biggest risk being the use of anesthetic to remove the fat tissue. Our experienced staff will make sure your pet is comfortable, and the entire procedure can be done in one day. Contact us today to learn more about Regenerative Cell Therapy, and if your pet is a good candidate.

Stem Cell Therapy

Stem Cell Therapy can help your dog or cat with chronic inflammatory conditions such as arthritis, allergies, and inflammatory bowel disease.

If you would like to have your pet evaluated for potential Stem Cell Therapy, please contact us to set up an appointment. Preoperative blood work and x-rays may be necessary. On the day of the procedure,
your pet will get to spend the day with us here at Bartlett Animal Hospital. In the morning, he or she will undergo surgery to collect abdominal fat. This fat is then sent to Ardent Labs to be processed to
activate the stem cells. The following week, we will sedate your pet again and the treatment will be administered. Patients go home the same day on pain medications. Extra stem cells can be banked for
future use. After the procedure, rest is important for your pet and there will be follow-up visits to make sure healing is going well.

Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP)

Along with Stem Cell Therapy, we can also perform procedures with Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP). PRP is a helpful tool for decreasing inflammation in and of itself and only requires a blood draw for processing. Conditions that benefit from PRP include pancreatitis, acute injuries, and eye ulcerations, to name a few.

Accelerated Cell Vitalization (ACV)

Cancer is a devastating disease that affects both humans and animals. Dogs are susceptible to certain types of cancer, such as lymphoma and osteosarcoma. At Bartlett Animal Hospital, we understand the importance of preventive care and early detection in fighting cancer. That’s why we’re proud to offer ACV – a groundbreaking new vaccine that has shown promising results in preventing and treating cancer in dogs.

ACV, or Autologous Canine Vaccine, is a vaccine that is custom-made for each individual dog using their own cancer cells by submitting a portion of the pet’s tumor. The vaccine is designed to stimulate the dog’s immune system to recognize and attack cancer cells. ACV has been shown to be effective in preventing cancer from recurring in dogs that have already undergone surgery to remove cancerous tumors. It has also been used as a treatment option for dogs with advanced cancer, with some dogs experiencing tumor shrinkage and extended survival times.

At Bartlett Animal Hospital, we are dedicated to staying at the forefront of veterinary medicine. That’s why we have invested in the technology and expertise necessary to offer ACV to our patients. Our team of experienced veterinarians and technicians will work closely with you to develop a personalized treatment plan for your dog that may include ACV, as well as other therapies and treatments as needed.

If you have questions about ACV or any other services we offer, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We look forward to partnering with you to keep your furry friend healthy and happy for years to come.
